📋 Description

• Oversee full-cycle accounting across multi-entity real estate portfolios, including manufactured housing and land-lease properties • Manage financial activity for approximately 30 separate LLCs and reconcile 30 individual bank accounts • Handle AP/AR, general ledger accounting, recurring and adjusting journal entries, and month-end/year-end close • Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash-flow management • Oversee payroll, tax documentation, audit preparation, and financial reporting • Maintain accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across all entities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience across multi-entity real estate portfolios • Highly organized with the ability to work independently • Strong communication skills to partner effectively with community managers, ownership, auditors, lenders, and vendors • Proficiency in Excel and experience with Rent Manager (property-management platform) • Experience with tax documentation, 1099 preparation, fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and CapEx accounting • Solid background in audit preparation, regulatory compliance, and internal controls
