📋 Description

• Communicate professionally with customers through email, online chat, and phone, providing a friendly experience from initial inquiry through order completion. • Answer inquiries regarding products, pricing, artwork requirements, order status, and shipping. • Assist clients with placing and managing orders. • Review customer-supplied artwork to identify common issues before production. • Communicate artwork or design concerns clearly to customers. • Help customers understand basic print specifications, file requirements, image quality, and dimensions. • Explain technical issues in a simple, customer-friendly manner. • Coordinate with internal production and design teams to resolve customer issues. • Follow up with customers when additional information, artwork, or approval is required. • Handle multiple inquiries while staying organized.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with experience supporting clients via phone, email, and chat. • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF/Acrobat tools. • Comfortable handling digital files and formats including JPEG, JPG, PNG, and PDF. • Hands-on experience using Canva. • Basic understanding of graphic design concepts, image quality, dimensions, and print-ready files. • Familiarity with common printed marketing products such as Business Cards, Postcards, Brochures, and Flyers. • Highly detail-oriented mindset with the ability to catch artwork mistakes. • Dependable, organized, and eager to learn about printing and prepress operations. • Consistent availability to work 30 hours per week during EST business hours from Monday to Friday.
