📋 Description

• Develop creative content ideas for Instagram and TikTok. • Plan and manage the weekly social media content calendar. • Create, edit, and publish social-first content using in-app editing tools and native platform features. • Produce approximately 5–6 short-form videos per week. • Create and publish approximately 20–30 Instagram Stories per week. • Identify relevant trends, formats, audios, hooks, and platform features that align with the brand. • Maintain a consistent, elevated, and premium visual identity across all content. • Repurpose existing footage into engaging social media content. • Write or support the creation of captions, story copy, and on-screen text. • Collaborate with the internal content team and dedicated video editors. • Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English, both written and spoken. • Strong familiarity with U.S. culture, social media trends, and digital content. • Proven experience managing content for Instagram and TikTok. • Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok’s native editing tools, features, formats, and best practices. • Experience working with luxury, premium, corporate, or highly reputable brands. • Portfolio or examples demonstrating excellent visual taste and high-quality social media content. • Strong creative judgment and ability to maintain a premium brand aesthetic. • Experience managing content calendars and working under demanding deadlines. • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team. • Based in Latin America, preferably Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil. • Availability to work approximately 20–25 hours per week within a flexible schedule and reasonable overlap with the client’s working hours.
