📋 Description

• Headhunting for positions across multiple industries with focus on LATAM region • Develop sophisticated Boolean search strategies to identify and engage passive executive candidates not actively seeking new opportunities • Build and nurture long-term relationships with executive talent through strategic networking and consistent communication • Partner with clients to deeply understand leadership requirements and organizational culture for precise candidate matching • Manage full-cycle executive recruitment process from identification through offer negotiation, providing white-glove service to both clients and candidates • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Stack Overflow and other specialized platforms to identify technical leadership talent

🎯 Requirements

• Min 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition • Experienced in recruiting for US-based companies for Business, marketing and e-commerce roles ideally a staffing agency • Experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offering • Proficient in Boolean Search and Outreach techniques • Fluent in English • Strong relationship-building and networking skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
