📋 Description

• Own growth marketing problems with clear goals and responsibility for results • Plan and launch paid campaigns end to end on Google Ads and Meta • Measure success through sales rather than clicks • Build, test, and improve landing pages and the conversion path from click to checkout • Contribute marketing, content, and conversion expertise to the AI-rebuilt international website • Support newsletters, SEO, social media, and affiliate marketing where they connect to launches and the new website • Decide how to achieve goals and own the results • Work in an AI-first environment using tools including Claude Code, MCP-connected tools, and Markdown-based shared knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience • Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization • Continuous learning, especially about AI • Experience experimenting with tools like Claude Code or Codex • Work you can show: projects you owned, with real results • A good eye for design • Strong data orientation and experience with GA4 • Ability to work independently and flag problems early with a proposal ready • Fluent English (C1 or above) • German language skills are a standout qualification • Experience with newsletters, SEO, social media, affiliate marketing, or a website rebuild is a standout qualification • Technical familiarity with Markdown, JSON files, MCP servers, and CLAUDE.md is a standout qualification • Experience building a first automation is a standout qualification • Experience with AI image generation for products is a standout qualification • English (C1-C2) • German (C1-C2) is listed in the language section
