β’ Close new business opportunities in target markets such as public safety, security, and industrial operations. β’ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets. β’ Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. β’ Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. β’ Become a subject matter expert on Paladinβs drone technology, demonstrating its value through presentations, product demos, and customized proposals. β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer success, to deliver seamless customer experiences. β’ Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management using CRM tools.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. β’ 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or hardware solutions. β’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. β’ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β’ Ability to build trust and credibility with clients at all organizational levels. β’ Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and explain complex products quickly. β’ Preferred: Experience selling to public safety or government sectors is a plus. β’ Knowledge of drone technology and its applications is advantageous but not required. β’ Experience with HubSpot CRM, Google Suite, Asana, Slack.
