📋 Description
• Act as the Strategic Advisor for critical partner relationships • Manage assigned Managed Security Services Partners (MSSPs) • Oversee partner service lifecycle to minimize "Time to Revenue" and "Time to Adoption" • Partner with Sales for alignment between Sales Account Plans and post-sales Partner Success Plans • Lead governance of partner compliance standards • Orchestrate partner capacity scaling • Lead resolution of high-impact partner escalations • Facilitate high-impact Quarterly Service Reviews (QSRs) • Aggregate global partner delivery trends for insights
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in Post-Sales Account Management, Partner Success, or Program Management • Exceptional executive presence, with strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior security leaders • Ability to link technical deployment outcomes to business metrics • Experience managing partner health through data • BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; or equivalent industry experience • Technical experience in the CyberSecurity domain or with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) preferred • PMP or ITIL certification preferred • Experience with AI-driven productivity tools for operational reporting preferred
