📋 Description

• Support the Professional Services team and report to the Operations Senior Manager • Primary owner of Subcontractor Purchase Requisition process: create Engagement Letters, build Purchase Requests, track approvals • Manage supplier PO funds and support PS managers in adding additional funds • Track subcontractor costs for NAM for reporting and analytics • Update systems and tools and maintain the database up to date • Support pre-sales activities by building Statements of Work, scope of services contracts, and managing review processes • Support PSA tool (Clarizen) in creating and setting up projects for delivery team • Maintain quality service by establishing and carrying out organization standards • Identify and recommend opportunities and process improvements based on findings and analysis • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting • Collaborate with PS Operations team supporting Professional Services, Focused Services, and Customer Success teams globally

🎯 Requirements

• Computer literacy qualified with bachelor degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics or related field • 2 years relevant experience in an international reporting environment (6 years overall) • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving and demanding environment • Good communication skills with fluent English (both written and verbal) • Ability to collaborate with high-performing internal and outsourced teams • Efficient team player • Willingness to adapt and learn new systems, tools, and processes • Good knowledge and experience with SAP Ariba system is a plus • Well versed with GoogleSuite and MS Office applications
