📋 Description

• Be part of the larger centralized Revenue Operations team, growing and building our revenue engine for scale • Support customer acquisition marketing campaigns by managing processes, segmentation, reporting, and automation • Maintain a clean and organized prospect database, improving data integrity and ensuring accurate campaign targeting • Build automation workflows and processes to surface relevant contacts and accounts to AEs and BDRs • Own the execution and QA process for campaigns, workflows, and evergreen email programs, proactively identifying areas for improvement before launch • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for campaign operations processes and best practices • Leverage data insights to identify opportunities for optimization of existing campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations, at a B2B SaaS organization. • Proficiency in executing marketing operations concepts: workflow management, segmentation, reporting, and managing lead lifecycle • Hands-on experience as a marketing automation platform practitioner • Understanding of customer data management, marketing analytics, and privacy regulations. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, adept at balancing multiple projects and deliverables • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, comfortable manipulating large sets of data
