📋 Description

• As a Full Stack Tech Lead, you will play a central role in defining our technical direction, supporting developers and delivering features with strong user impact. • Technical leadership & architecture • Define and evolve the architecture of our web and mobile applications. • Be accountable for key technical decisions in collaboration with the Engineering teams. • Identify scalability, performance, security and maintainability challenges. • Help define development standards and best practices. • Support developers in their technical growth through mentoring, code reviews and knowledge sharing. • Full Stack development • Design and implement end-to-end features, from frontend to backend. • Contribute to the evolution of our web applications using Angular / TypeScript. • Develop and maintain robust backend services with Python / Django. • Design high-performance APIs and ensure their integration with various clients. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality and performance of our applications. • Mobile dimension • Contribute to the design and evolution of our mobile applications. • Participate in technical decisions related to mobile apps and their architecture. • Ensure a consistent user experience across web and mobile environments. • Provide your expertise on mobile-specific challenges: performance, user experience, publication, maintenance and app evolution.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 7 years of software development experience. • You have previously held a Tech Lead, Lead Developer or technical reference role. • You have solid Full Stack development experience. • You are proficient with a modern frontend framework, ideally Angular / TypeScript. • You have significant backend experience, ideally with Python / Django. • You have worked on mobile applications and understand mobile-specific challenges. • You can make architectural decisions while remaining close to the code. • You enjoy mentoring developers and helping a team grow. • You are autonomous, pragmatic and solution-oriented. • You have a strong product and user focus.
