📋 Description
• Create digital solutions • Document work in the ticketing system and the knowledge base • Provide technical support and ensure the ongoing operation of IT systems and applications • Set up, maintain, service, and replace local IT systems and applications • Participate in IT projects across our sites • Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments within the clinic
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) for System Integration or Application Development, or a degree in Computer Science • Experience with technologies such as Fortinet, SentinelOne, Matrix42, Citrix, VMware, Microsoft 365, and network solutions from HPE Aruba or Extreme Networks is desirable • Knowledge of IT infrastructures such as servers, networks, workstations, and peripheral devices • Experience installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software components • You see your role as an advisory service provider, are communicative, and work in an analytical and solution-oriented way
