• Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive early-stage growth and expand our footprint • Build, manage and optimize a strong sales pipeline to exceed revenue goals and fuel scaling efforts • Using GoHighLevel (CRM), create and manage outreach campaigns to engage prospective clients • Represent the company at tradeshows, conferences, and networking events to promote brand awareness and generate leads • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding needs and positioning our solutions for a long-term impact • Track sales activity, pipeline progress and business development results to continually refine the approach • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies within the MSP and IT services sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales or partnerships roles, preferably within an MSP, IT services or technology solutions company • Experience in a startup environment is preferred • Proficiency in GoHighLevel CRM • Experience assisting with email marketing campaigns • Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently • Willingness to travel for tradeshows and networking events
