📋 Description

• Deliver interim HR support to international clients with employees in Ireland • Take ownership of operational HR activities and employee lifecycle processes • Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR matters and Irish employment law considerations • Manage complex employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary processes, performance management and PIPs • Advise managers on performance management, from goal-setting through to formal underperformance procedures • Handle sensitive employee situations, such as extended sick leave, workplace conflict or contested performance issues, with discretion, legal soundness and fairness • Assist with HR projects, documentation, policies and process improvements • Manage multiple client assignments and priorities simultaneously • Collaborate with Parakar's local HR and labour law specialists whenever country-specific expertise is required

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an Irish HR environment • Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law, particularly dismissal, grievances, disciplinary procedures, documentation and PIPs • Proven experience managing employee relations cases end-to-end • Practical experience running Performance Improvement Plans and performance management cycles • Ability to advise non-HR-trained managers with clarity, confidence and sound judgement • Strong documentation discipline and ability to maintain a clear, defensible paper trail • Ability to remain composed and professional when handling contentious or sensitive employee situations • Comfortable working independently on interim assignments and knowing when to escalate or consult local specialists • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Fluent in English • Irish market experience is strongly preferred
