📋 Description

• Specify and manage improvements to the Função systems, ensuring alignment with users and vendors • Analyze and monitor supported applications, proposing viable and effective technical improvements • Follow all stages of business requests, from initial analysis through production implementation • Actively participate in maintenance of the production environment, assisting with incident and request handling • Track the status of requests with vendors, enforcing deliveries and ensuring deadlines • Align understanding of requests with requesters, promoting clarity and accuracy • Create monitoring processes to ensure the stability and traceability of solutions • Document all system functionalities to promote knowledge sharing and organization • Ensure the quality of deliveries through thorough testing and validations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with functional systems • Knowledge of SQL Server databases • Knowledge of the Consignado product, Adiantamento de Saque Aniversário FGTS (FGTS Anniversary Withdrawal Advance), Consignado Privado (E-Trabalhador) and Consigned Card • Ability to understand processes and map business requirements • Ability to design tests that ensure the quality of deliveries • Experience producing technical system documentation • Strong negotiation skills with users and vendors • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude • Knowledge of IIS (Internet Information Services) (preferred) • Experience supporting systems in production (preferred) • Experience in high-complexity environments with multiple stakeholders (preferred)
