📋 Description

• Instrument and analyze observability and analytics data, ensuring the quality, consistency and reliability of collected data • Fix and standardize tracking instrumentation, ensuring correct naming and event firing throughout the funnel • Analyze data to identify root causes of issues, instrumentation gaps and improvement opportunities, translating metrics into actions • Develop and evolve the e-commerce frontend application using Next.js, React, TypeScript and Redux • Build Server-Side Rendering (SSR) interfaces, ensuring performance, SEO and a smooth navigation experience • Develop reusable and accessible components • Integrate and consume REST APIs • Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library • Provide production support, incident analysis and troubleshooting • Produce technical documentation and participate in code reviews, promoting best practices within the team • Continuously analyze and improve performance based on Web Vitals, identifying bottlenecks, measuring impact and monitoring production metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed (Technology-related fields) or equivalent • Strong experience with React and TypeScript in production applications • Experience with Next.js (SSR, routing, hooks, middleware) • Experience with analytics and observability instrumentation in web applications • State management with Redux / Redux Toolkit • Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, GA4 or Mixpanel • Ability to analyze data to identify root causes, validate hypotheses and measure impact • Knowledge of data quality and governance, including naming conventions, event duplication and LGPD/consent • Experience with UI libraries and componentization • Consumption and integration with REST APIs, including authentication and error handling • Basic knowledge of accessibility best practices • Automated testing with Jest and React Testing Library • Version control with Git • Nice to have: observability/monitoring with Datadog, New Relic, Grafana or Kibana • Nice to have: web performance and Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) • Nice to have: experimentation (A/B testing) and feature flags • Nice to have: Kubernetes/Rancher • Nice to have: high-traffic e-commerce/retail experience • Nice to have: micro front-ends architecture
