🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales development, lead generation, or telemarketing role. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects in meaningful conversations and handle objections. • Familiarity with cold calling techniques, consultative selling, and the ability to qualify leads effectively. • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools. Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms is a plus. • A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a proactive approach. • Strong time management and organisational skills to handle high call volumes and follow-up tasks effectively. • Ability to think critically and identify solutions that will move leads forward in the sales pipeline.
