📋 Description

• Prepare and maintain General Ledger journal entries with appropriate documentation and audit trails • Own key aspects of the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting • Ensure accuracy of balance sheet and P&L accounts under US GAAP and Local GAAP • Prepare and analyze monthly balance sheet reconciliations • Support statutory financial statement preparation and GAAP reconciliations • Partner cross-functionally to manage intercompany transactions and closing activities • Assist with audits and prepare reporting packages for leadership • Support tax filings including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, and withholding taxes • Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement solutions • Support LATAM entities within the Controllership team

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or Record-to-Report processes, including preparation and maintenance of the General Ledger • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure • Flexibility and interest in working with automation systems, AI tools, and other process improvement initiatives • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience with ERP systems; Oracle preferred • Advanced Excel skills • Knowledge of US GAAP is a plus • Advanced English proficiency required for daily work • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred
