📋 Description

• Draft and negotiate clinical study agreements, service agreements, team member agreements, and related documents • Interpret site feedback within local legal and business frameworks to guide internal decision-makers • Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, local laws, and internal guidelines • Act as the communication hub between internal teams, site staff, and external partners • Manage the full contract lifecycle from first draft through final signature and archival • Build relationships with clinical trial sites and internal stakeholders • Identify risks early and collaborate with the Site Contract Lead to resolve them • Track contract progress in real time and keep teams informed • Drive process improvements to make contracting faster, clearer, and more efficient • Support agreements that enable Parexel's clinical trials and clinical development solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Must be living in Poland • Fluency in German, Polish, and English required • Bachelor's degree in law, economics, business, social sciences, or a related field • Strong negotiation skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills • Ability to work confidently in a virtual, global team • Grace under pressure and polished, professional presence • Sharp attention to detail and commitment to quality • Solid proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • No prior industry experience required for level I
