📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and structure datasets used for clinical trial logistics reporting • Analyze and transform data, including data conversion, merging, filtering, and quality review • Create operational and analytical reports for internal stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional CTS&L teams to support logistics planning and execution • Coordinate system setup activities in alignment with project requirements and SOPs • Implement updates and ensure proper documentation within ICH-GxP guidelines • Assess system outputs to ensure accuracy and readiness for project milestones • Manage technical files, logs, and project records • Support continuous improvement of tools, workflows, and data processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field) required • Experience in a laboratory, scientific, or technical environment preferred • Strong comfort working with digital tools, structured data, and relational database concepts • No programming required, but a “programming mindset” is essential • Ability to work fully home-based in Argentina • Fluency in English required • Familiarity with ICH-GxP or regulated environments is a plus • Experience with Biological Sample Tracking Applications (e.g. Labmatrix) is preferred • Detail-oriented and analytical • Curious and eager to learn technical systems • Strong communicator • Proactive problem-solver • Reliable and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
