📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) • Own capacity planning and staffing across projects • Drive engineering delivery management — dependencies, risk management, stakeholder alignment • Implement time tracking and delivery visibility • Provide technical leadership and escalation support • Create scalable field engineering practices • Translate recurring customer needs into productization proposals • Collaborate with customer teams to deliver outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, systems integration, DevOps, or data engineering roles • Proven ability to lead and develop engineers (e.g., coaching, hiring) • Success delivering complex technical projects in large enterprise environments • Strong capabilities across backend engineering, APIs, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and databases • Ability to drive smaller technical workstreams end-to-end • Strong planning, prioritization, and risk management skills • Confident communication with customer engineering teams and technical stakeholders • Experience building or integrating AI systems is a strong plus.
