📋 Description

• Define positioning and messaging for Parloa products • Orchestrate product communication plans • Drive cross-functional launches across Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX • Partner with Product and Engineering to align the roadmap with the company narrative and GTM plan • Keep prospects, partners, and customers informed • Support Sales with customer use cases, proof points, collateral, training sessions, and competitive differentiators • Source content ideas, shape outlines, create and review content • Speak on webinars alongside Content, Evangelists, CX team, and executives • Establish a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competition • Turn market insights into positioning that differentiates Parloa

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Marketing, or 8+ years in adjacent roles working alongside a PMM team (sales enablement, B2B direct marketing) • Experience at an AI company or marketing AI products or capabilities • Excellent writing skills with samples to prove it • Proven track record supporting enterprise sales teams with storylines, collateral, enablement, and individual deal support • Confident presentation skills for webinars, company events, and Sales training sessions • Ability to work across strategy and tactics, including crafting product narratives and building sales decks from scratch • Experience using AI tools to improve creativity, efficiency, and productivity • Fluency in written and spoken English required • Experience with CX tools is a plus • Business-fluent German is great, but not required
