📋 Description
• Own the stability, accuracy, and signal quality of automated test execution • Systematically analyze, debug, and resolve failing scripts across pipelines • Execute and monitor pipelines in Azure DevOps • Categorize failures as test defects, environment issues, data issues, or code issues • Perform script-level debugging and root cause analysis in Playwright and Selenium • Identify root causes including flaky selectors, synchronization/timing issues, assertion mismatches, and data dependency failures • Validate API failures using Postman or GraphQL tools • Inspect logs and telemetry using App Insights and pipeline logs • Track trends and provide triage reporting
🎯 Requirements
• Strong debugging and analytical skills • Experience with logs, APIs, and UI troubleshooting • Familiarity with the test automation lifecycle • Experience with observability tools, including App Insights and Azure monitoring • Mortgage/FinTech experience nice to have
