• Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service within the telecommunications or technology sectors. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes. • Hands-on experience with prospecting tools (Sales Nav, Lusha, CRM). • Proven ability to hit benchmarks for cold calls and reach-outs. • 3+ years of experience in sales development or lead generation • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong ability to engage prospects and build rapport • Self-motivation and ability to work independently • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets • Proficient in using CRM systems
