📋 Description
• Drive commercial growth and market leadership for the BIZENGRI® product • Chair the BIZENGRI Brand Team and serve as the Key spokesperson • Develop and own comprehensive brand strategy including positioning and lifecycle planning • Lead execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels • Collaborate with Sales and Market Access for messaging pull-through • Partner with Analytics and Operations for brand performance insights • Engage with customers through advisory boards and meetings • Build relationships with agency partners and advocacy groups • Manage brand’s P&L, forecasts, and budget • Establish Brand Team goals and objectives in alignment with corporate goals • Recruit, hire, grow, and retain a diverse team
🎯 Requirements
• Deep expertise in oncology marketing and/or rare disease commercialization • Proven success guiding cross-functional teams and managing through ambiguity • Strong, collaborative relationship management and interpersonal skills required to quickly gain confidence of stakeholders and team members • Ability to champion patient-centric decision-making while achieving commercial objectives • Proven ability to manage complex projects • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Knowledge of launch excellence and marketing principles, lifecycle management, and evidence-based brand differentiation • Strategic and analytical thinking • Executive communication skills • Operational rigor • Relationship building skills • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback • Proficiency with MS Office products • Ability and willingness to quickly adopt other job-specific applications • Strong leadership skills • Commitment to fostering the professional growth and development of others • Proven ability to enhance engagement and drive performance improvements • Experience managing and developing direct reports • Active listening, conflict resolution, and team building skills • Experience working collaboratively with HR/People & Culture functions
