📋 Description

• Support, maintain, and enhance the service infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and system performance across all company locations • Implement automation and monitoring to increase the efficiency and reliability of production environments • Develop and integrate solutions to streamline operations • Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve complex issues and implement new features • Troubleshoot and fix issues in the company’s environments and systems • Proactively monitor and respond to incidents to ensure business stability and continuity • Continuously optimize and improve deployment and CI/CD processes • Ensure that DevOps practices align with business needs and reliability standards • Keep technical documentation up to date and accessible to teams

🎯 Requirements

• Programming logic for application support and maintenance • Knowledge of API and service development • More than 2 years of experience with VB6 and C# applied to software development • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases, including optimization in high-scale production environments • Experience with version control tools, especially Git, with a focus on collaborative practices and continuous integration • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Terraform, or other infrastructure-as-code tools is a plus • Experience with cloud environments, preferably Azure, Docker containers, Kubernetes, and monitoring systems such as Prometheus and Grafana is a plus
