📋 Description

• Administer and maintain corporate network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi, VLANs, and load balancers). • Manage and configure FortiGate firewalls, including security policies, NAT, VPNs, and traffic monitoring. • Manage and maintain SFTP environments, including creating and maintaining users, permissions, and secure file transfer automations. • Administer and control IT asset inventory, ensuring traceability, compliance, and lifecycle management. • Manage users, groups, and permissions in on-premises and cloud environments (AD, IAM, etc.). • Support configuration and change management by documenting standards, routines, and network topologies. • Provide management and support for corporate telephony, including PBX, IP extensions, and integrations with collaboration tools. • Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, ensuring availability and response to critical incidents. • Support audits and compliance processes, ensuring alignment with security policies (ISO 27001, LGPD - Brazilian Data Protection Law). • Propose and implement continuous improvements in automation, performance, and security.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure, networks, or information security. • Proven experience with FortiGate firewalls, corporate networks, SFTP management, and hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud). • Experience managing users, assets, and configurations in medium to large corporate environments. • Previous experience with IT governance, audits, and compliance controls is desirable. • FortiGate firewall administration (rules, VPNs, logs, UTM). • LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi networks, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPN, Proxy. • SFTP/SSH/FTPS protocols and tools, digital certificates, and script automation. • Management of AD, DNS, GPO, DHCP, security policies, and permissions. • Knowledge of IP telephony, PBX, SIP, and VoIP. • Monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Zabbix, CloudWatch, FortiAnalyzer, etc.). • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure). • Basic knowledge of ITIL and ISO 27001.
