📋 Description

• Structure and segment audience databases for campaigns, communications and strategic initiatives; • Perform enrichment and continuous updating of customer/registration data, ensuring the quality of available information; • Validate, clean and maintain databases using specialized enrichment and data validation tools; • Extract, manipulate and join information using SQL, supporting analyses and business requests; • Develop queries and analyses that contribute to audience segmentation and the improvement of communication strategies; • Create and monitor dashboards and KPIs using Business Intelligence tools to support data-driven decision making; • Ensure the integrity, consistency and governance of databases, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement; • Ensure that the processing and use of information comply with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience extracting, manipulating and processing data using SQL (basic to intermediate queries); • Knowledge of data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI; • Experience with enrichment and data validation tools such as Lemit, TransUnion or similar solutions; • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas and dashboard building; • Practical knowledge of LGPD, particularly regarding the handling and segmentation of customer data; • Analytical ability to interpret data and transform it into insights relevant to the business. • Preferred/plus: Experience with data governance and data quality; knowledge of large-scale data cleansing and enrichment processes; experience in CRM, Marketing or Data Intelligence projects; familiarity with Big Data concepts and audience segmentation. • Behavioral competencies: Attention to detail to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement in data sets; strong logical and analytical reasoning to translate business requirements into technical segmentation criteria; organization and prioritization skills when managing large volumes of information; collaborative mindset with good communication to work across different areas of the company; commitment to the quality, reliability and governance of data.
