📋 Description

• The Senior Talent Business Partner serves as a strategic connector between Talent Management and the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team. • This role strengthens alignment between strategic priorities and field execution. • Equipping HRBPs to drive leadership development, succession planning, engagement action planning, and culture initiatives with greater focus and consistency. • Collaborate with business and clinical leadership to understand current and emerging leadership needs across the organization. • Provide consultation on selection, assessment, and interview processes to ensure alignment with NorthStar’s leadership profile and culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; Master’s degree preferred. • 7+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or Recruiting, with strong exposure to leadership development or organizational effectiveness. • Proven ability to build credibility and influence across senior leadership levels. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret talent data and translate insights into action. • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives and driving follow-through across teams. • Healthcare or professional services experience strongly preferred.
