📋 Description

• Investigate and resolve chargeback disputes accurately and on time • Follow Visa and Mastercard rules and procedures • Investigate reported chargebacks and return transactions • Run bank validations, IP searches, phone matches, and external checks • Make evidence-backed fraud decisions and apply sanctions or account restrictions • Prepare documentation to defend disputes • Contribute to monthly reconciliations across chargebacks, updates, and bank accounts • Monitor dispute rates and analyze account trends • Produce detailed, actionable reports • Collaborate cross-functionally to flag fraud trends, share best-practice recommendations, and reduce chargebacks

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in chargeback or dispute processing, with hands-on experience across the full dispute lifecycle • In-depth knowledge of Visa and Mastercard rules, regulations, and procedures • Experience working with USA and/or European gaming accounts is an advantage • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to manage competing priorities without close supervision • Proactive, problem-solving mindset • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, as indicated in the application form
