📋 Description

• Plan, estimate, and analyze risks for QA activities • Organize and prioritize QA tasks • Test requirements and specifications with AI-supported validation • Design and review test cases, suites, and checklists using AI capabilities • Configure test suite runs • Report bugs and analyze test results • Control test execution and manage QA-related technical debt • Create and maintain QA artifacts and documentation with AI tools • Handle production incidents, monitoring, and troubleshooting with intelligent log analysis • Set up and analyze QA metrics • Optimize quality standards and processes within the team • Interview, mentor, and train QA candidates • Research QA tools and technologies, including AI-driven solutions • Coordinate with the Automation team • Communicate across teams and troubleshoot dependencies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance • 3+ years of experience as a QA Lead • Methodical approach to solving business and technical problems • Hands-on experience with browser-based debugging, responsive testing, and frontend QA practices • Knowledge and experience measuring testing coverage and efficiency • Good understanding of software testing theory and methodologies • Strong test analysis, preparation, and planning skills • Knowledge and skills in requirements testing with AI-supported analysis • Strong knowledge of testing methods, test design techniques, and test types using AI capabilities • Experience with technical specifications and test design documents supported by AI tools • Experience with task management systems such as Jira • Experience with test case management software such as Testmo or TestRail • Strong understanding of client-server architecture • Knowledge of SQL • Experience with Sentry, Kibana, and Grafana • Ability to determine, prioritize, and estimate testing scope • Ability to manage multiple complex, cross-team tasks while maintaining high quality • Strong critical thinking • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in the gaming/gambling domain • Strong communication and leadership skills • Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating quality and delivery risks • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks from planning through completion • Comfort working in AI-driven engineering environments and using AI as a productivity multiplier
