📋 Description

• Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional service to clients, Producers, carrier representatives, and internal team members. • Manage day-to-day servicing of assigned commercial accounts, including policy changes, account maintenance, and client support needs. • Rate and quote commercial insurance policies using carrier websites and available agency systems to support new and renewal business. • Handle renewal submissions and assist in the remarketing process to help secure appropriate coverage solutions for clients. • Prepare proposals and supporting materials for Sales Executives and Producers. • Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot coverage or service-related issues, and coordinate timely resolutions. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, policy activity, and account updates within agency systems. • Support sales teams and new Producers by helping explain commercial lines coverages, products, and service processes. • Develop and maintain working knowledge of evolving insurance products, carrier requirements, and service standards. • Collaborate with internal teams to support workflow management, team priorities, and client retention initiatives. • Support special projects, departmental initiatives, and additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of commercial insurance customer service, account management, or insurance sales experience preferred. • Active New York Property & Casualty insurance license required. • Experience working with commercial insurance products, coverages, renewals, and carrier rating platforms preferred. • Claims experience helpful but not required. • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and agency systems preferred. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, peers, carriers, and internal stakeholders. • Collaborative, client-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence. • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
