🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. • Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. • Previous experience in customer service or client relationship management is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • A collaborative team player with a customer-centric mindset. • Passion for enhancing customer experiences and driving loyalty. • Motivation to contribute positively to the customer journey and satisfaction.
