📋 Description
• Coach the franchisees and their teams • Lead and mentor the franchises • Consult and hold franchisees accountable for their goals • Build relationships with franchisees • Facilitate conferences and trainings for franchisees • Visit franchisees within your region to review specific issues and goals
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field • 8 plus years of experience in running a business or understanding the proficiency relating to running a business • Experience leading teams, offices, and/or groups
