• Relationship Management & Strategy: You are the partner-facing lead. You run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), drive strategic milestones (e.g., Azure Expert MSP), and actively develop the "PCG + Microsoft" narrative together with management. • Monetization & Marketplace: You oversee the scaling of our marketplace business. As the funding driver, you ensure every qualified enterprise deal (> €50k) is profitably supported through optimal allocation of funds (MDF, cash-back, POC funding). • Co-Sell Orchestration: You act as the "resource guard" and prioritize marketing and event activities based on strict ROI. You also organize mapping sessions between our internal areas and the Microsoft sales team. • Internal Enablement: You serve as a multiplier and ambassador. Through sales masterclasses and regular updates, you ensure our sales organization knows partner programs and uses them successfully. • Governance: You are responsible for monitoring and managing all certifications critical to partner status (100% compliance).
• Strategic sales mindset: Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems and experience managing hyperscaler partnerships with a focus on Microsoft. • Entrepreneurial mindset: You are responsible for a P&L and think beyond "tickets"—you focus on Partner Contribution (Revenue + Funding − Costs). • Proven track record: You bring demonstrable success in this or a similar business and apply a hands-on approach to learning and improvement. • Hands-on deal acceleration: Ability to identify complex sales processes, apply funding levers, and proactively drive deals to closure. • Strong communicator: Confident presence at C‑level and the ability to act internally as an enabler for the sales organization. • Structured working style: You work data-driven, know your KPIs (in particular marketplace adoption & funding penetration), and steer your activities by measurable impact. • Personal qualities: You demonstrate high integrity, remain composed under pressure, show perseverance, and have the courage to drive necessary changes and tackle challenges. • Team player and drive: You are results-oriented and enjoy collaborating with our diverse team of passionate experts.
