📋 Description
• The Regional Director of Revenue Management is responsible for implementing hotel revenue management objectives across their managed portfolio. • Develop, implement, monitor and control rate strategies • Develop action plans to counteract market changes • Update and change restrictions and inventory allotments • Maximize RevPAR by analyzing past trends and future demand forecast to set/adjust sales strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience • Two years of regional revenue management experience - including Marriott, Hilton and IHG Brands • Excellent communication skills including presenting data trends and strategic planning.
