📋 Description

• Manage and process provider/clinician credentialing and recredentialing applications • Track, monitor, and follow up on credentialing • Coordinate with clinicians/providers, facilities, and internal teams • Ensure accuracy of provider records and documentation • Identify discrepancies and take appropriate action • Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and management to achieve client goals • Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Employees are assigned to a designated Ubiquity site based on their address for administrative purposes, including headcount reporting and tracking, company swag distribution, and business continuity planning; the assignment does not require onsite work

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment • At least 1–2 years of experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or healthcare BPO • Ability to manage and process provider/clinician credentialing and recredentialing applications • Experience in a BPO or shared services environment is a plus • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite • Average MS Excel skills • Ability to track, monitor, and follow up on credentialing • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clinicians/providers, facilities, and internal teams • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Flexibility to work multiple shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of provider records and documentation • Ability to collaborate with peers, supervisors, and management to achieve client goals • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards is a plus • Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and manage shifting priorities • Must be based in the Philippines
