📋 Description

• Monitor eCommerce websites, social media platforms, and other online channels for unauthorized use of product images, trademarks, and brand assets • Document intellectual property infringements using screenshots, URLs, and supporting evidence • Submit takedown requests according to platform policies and procedures, including DMCA-related processes when applicable • Collaborate with internal teams on complex infringement cases and repeat violations • Maintain accurate records of cases, actions, outcomes, and timelines • Provide regular reports and status updates on enforcement activities • Identify unauthorized sellers and potential counterfeit products • Support broader brand protection initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in eCommerce, intellectual property protection, online enforcement, or a related field • Familiarity with DMCA procedures and intellectual property laws • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs • Knowledge of advanced Google search techniques • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively • Familiarity with major eCommerce and social media platforms, such as Amazon, eBay, and Instagram, and related platform policies • Must be legally authorized to work in the applicable location
