📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified caregivers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs • Develop sourcing strategies • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding • Post and manage job advertisements • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates • Conduct phone and virtual interviews • Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS • Monitor recruitment metrics and hiring progress • Partner with leadership to anticipate hiring demands and develop talent pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or full-cycle recruiting • Experience recruiting caregivers, nurses, healthcare professionals, or high-volume operational roles is preferred • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
