📋 Description

• Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting and engagement • Qualify leads and book high-quality product demonstrations • Handle objections and progress prospects through the sales process • Maintain accurate records and manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot • Work with the founder to improve messaging and conversion rates • Achieve appointment-booking KPIs • Participate in coaching, training, and feedback sessions • Help build sales processes as the team expands • Measure success through qualified demos booked, appointment show rate, qualified pipeline, CRM accuracy and activity, and contribution to sales targets

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Appointment Setting, SDR or Business Development • Proven outbound sales experience • Excellent objection handling skills • Strong verbal and written English • Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM • Highly organised with excellent time management • Confident and personable on the phone • Commercially minded and motivated by results • Organised and proactive • Coachable and open to feedback • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Ready to start immediately • Experience with TikTok, social media platforms or digital marketing is desirable • Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions is desirable • Experience selling to marketing agencies, brands or marketing decision-makers is desirable • Understanding of social media marketing and content creation is desirable
