• Coordinate project schedules, contractors, suppliers, and deliveries • Follow up subcontractors and third parties to ensure actions are completed on time • Manage schedule changes and communicate updates • Convert site updates and voice notes into emails, action items, and task lists • Assist with inbox management and day-to-day communications • Maintain project records and operational documentation • Help improve systems and operational processes
• Previous experience supporting Australian residential construction projects • Experience in construction administration, project coordination, operations, or executive support • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Excellent organisational and follow-up skills • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills • Comfortable dealing with builders, subcontractors, and suppliers • Able to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
