📋 Description

• Generate original video concepts and creative assets using AI video, image, voice and editing tools. • Create scenes, backgrounds, product environments, animations, voiceovers and visual effects with generative AI. • Transform product information, images and campaign ideas into engaging short-form videos. • Combine AI-generated assets with traditional editing techniques. • Experiment with emerging AI workflows to improve quality, speed and output. • Maintain consistent visual quality, tone and brand presentation. • Edit short-form videos for Facebook advertisements and organic social media. • Produce opening hooks, product messaging and calls to action. • Add captions, transitions, music, voiceovers, motion graphics and visual effects. • Reformat content for different placements, dimensions and audience segments. • Create creative variations for testing. • Research AI developments, social media formats, advertising trends and creative techniques. • Identify adaptable high-performing creative approaches and maintain a creative reference library. • Contribute campaign and content ideas that increase engagement and generate sales. • Prioritise Facebook and social media content production. • Understand products, promotions, customer segments and sales objectives. • Use performance feedback to improve creative assets and refresh advertisements. • Ensure content is suitable for the intended audience, platform and placement. • Create compliant content for an adult lifestyle and personal wellness brand. • Follow Meta and other platform advertising and community requirements. • Check product claims, pricing and promotional information before publication. • Maintain confidentiality of campaign plans, customer information and unreleased products.

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of professional content creation, video editing or digital design experience, supported by strong hands-on capability with current AI creative tools. • Demonstrated experience generating video or visual content using AI-powered platforms. • A strong portfolio containing relevant video, advertising and AI-generated creative work. • Strong understanding of short-form video structure, opening hooks, pacing, storytelling and calls to action. • Ability to turn a basic brief or product idea into a complete creative concept. • Strong video-editing skills and a high standard of visual presentation. • Good written English and the ability to develop concise, engaging on-screen copy. • Commercial awareness and an understanding that content must support engagement and sales outcomes. • Strong research skills and an active interest in new AI tools, creative techniques and social media trends. • Ability to manage multiple creative requests, meet deadlines and respond constructively to feedback. • Mature and professional attitude toward working with adult lifestyle and personal wellness products. • Reliable internet connection and a professional home-office environment. • Ability to work with the New Zealand team during agreed business hours. • Previous experience creating content for ecommerce, consumer product or retail brands. • Experience producing and iterating creative assets for Meta advertising campaigns. • Knowledge of advertising-platform requirements relating to adult, wellness or other sensitive product categories. • Experience with product animation, AI avatars, synthetic voiceovers or advanced motion graphics. • Understanding of creative testing, advertising performance and conversion-focused design. • Experience developing repeatable AI workflows, prompt libraries or content-production systems.
