• Own the marketing stack - connect HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and analytics tools into a unified system that tracks marketing performance to revenue. • Plan and launch campaigns - manage paid and organic programs across digital, traditional, and trade channels to drive qualified pipeline. • Manage creative and content production - oversee videos, ads, blogs, and event materials that align with Bobyard’s brand and product initiatives. • Drive SEO and website performance - develop keyword strategy, optimize landing pages, and measure organic growth and conversion. • Implement tracking and attribution - manage UTMs, pixels, and conversion events with RevOps to ensure accurate funnel reporting. • Monitor budgets and performance - track spend, pacing, and ROI across all channels; reallocate to optimize CAC and payback. • Build reporting and dashboards - use Equals to visualize funnel performance, campaign ROI, and pipeline efficiency. • Run experiments and optimizations - A/B test ad creative, messaging, and landing pages to continuously improve results. • Collaborate cross-functionally - partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align campaigns, messaging, and attribution.
• 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or growth roles. • Deep experience with HubSpot (campaigns, workflows, and reporting). • Proficiency in digital ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) and analytics tools (GA4, Equals, Looker). • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, payback, and funnel conversion metrics. • Familiarity with SEO strategy and content performance tracking. • Builder mindset - data-driven, iterative, and highly organized. • Excellent communicator who can translate data into action and strategy into growth.
