• Lead all Solar O&M operations across the Eastern region, ensuring performance, safety, and profitability targets are met • Develop and execute regional strategies to grow service offerings and market presence • Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to Field Operations Managers and regional teams • Serve as the primary point of contact for key regional customers • Build and maintain strong relationships to drive retention and expansion opportunities • Manage communication including incident reporting, performance reviews, and status meetings • Resolve technical and commercial issues proactively • Oversee multiple projects to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality execution • Monitor KPIs such as response time, repair time, and preventive maintenance completion • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across regional operations • Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and safety requirements • Manage regional P&L, including revenue, cost of goods sold, and profitability • Monitor accounts receivable and address overdue balances • Contribute to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting • Identify and capture all billable work opportunities • Oversee subcontractor relationships, onboarding, and performance • Partner with Procurement to evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing, and improve coverage • Strengthen contractor network across the region • Identify new business opportunities within existing and new accounts • Support sales efforts with pricing, proposals, and contract review • Align operational capabilities with market demand and customer needs • Conduct periodic site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are met • Ensure adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting standards.
• 5+ years of project management or operations experience in solar, electrical, or industrial environments • 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams or regional operations • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction, and maintenance practices • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive business growth • Experience with contracts, pricing strategies, and operational KPIs • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
