📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple IT positions across different countries • Proactively source, screen, and evaluate candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms • Analyze technical profiles and conduct HR and semi-technical interviews • Coordinate interviews between candidates, technical interviewers, and hiring managers • Prepare and publish clear, engaging, and accurate job descriptions • Manage and maintain recruitment pipelines using ATS platforms • Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience • Organize and prioritize multiple recruitment processes using agile methodologies • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define recruitment strategies • Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates on open positions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition • Advanced English (C1) with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Native Spanish (C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Knowledge of agile methodologies • Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical terminology • Experience analyzing technical profiles and conducting semi-technical interviews • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing techniques, and ATS platforms • Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
