📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Oracle implementation, upgrade, rollout, and transformation projects. • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and overall governance. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including functional and technical consultants. • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams. • Facilitate project planning, status meetings, steering committees, and executive reporting. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans. • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives. • Support resource planning, project forecasting, and financial tracking. • Promote Agile and/or PMI best practices throughout the project lifecycle. • Drive continuous process improvements and client satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing Oracle ERP implementation projects. • Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. • Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid approaches. • Experience managing project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and stakeholders. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Advanced English for client-facing communication. • PMP or other Project Management certifications preferred. • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations preferred. • Previous consulting experience preferred. • Experience working with global or multinational clients preferred. • Knowledge of Oracle Financials, SCM, HCM, Projects, or other Oracle modules preferred. • Spanish is a plus.
