Pennylane is a French SaaS platform that centralizes financial management, accounting, invoicing, expense management, treasury and business banking features for small and medium-sized businesses, independents and accounting firms. It provides an integrated dashboard, automated workflows, bank account and corporate cards, invoice and payment tools, and native integrations with accounting and payments partners to streamline bookkeeping and cashflow operations.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the entire post-sales customer journey and for defining local implementation methodologies. • Direct leadership, mentoring and development of the local post-sales organization. • Responsible for recruiting, onboarding and continuous training and development of the team. • Adopt existing corporate frameworks and adapt them to local market specificities. • Define, optimize and standardize our deployment, data migration and onboarding methodologies to shorten customers' time-to-value. • Responsible for the local post-sales dashboard and for tracking key metrics to report to executive management. • Act as the ultimate escalation point and Executive Sponsor for strategically important customers. • Work closely with the local Country Manager, the Head of Sales and the central product and engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Customer Success, Professional Services or technical deployment. • Proven track record as a manager of managers in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. • Solid knowledge of accounting (ideally with experience in a tax or audit firm), corporate finance or the financial/accounting software sector (ERP, accounting software, fintech). • Demonstrated experience structuring departments, managing rapid headcount growth and implementing scalable CS methodologies. • Data-driven leader who can translate overarching company objectives into concrete operational workflows and KPIs. • Fluent in German and English.
