• Welcome and frame the firm • Lead the kickoff meeting: objectives, scope, milestones, roles (sponsor, internal contacts). • Assess the context: firm size and organization, business priorities, calendar constraints. • Provide the training kit and enroll participants in Pennylane group sessions. • Prepare and facilitate “first steps” workshops focused on key workflows (bookkeeping, review, VAT, period‑end closing). • Monitor participation and follow up with teams until the expected level is achieved. • Define prerequisites and checklists; establish a simple dated schedule. • Organize short, regular unblock sessions; respond promptly to questions. • Centralize feedback, handle straightforward issues, and escalate technical topics to the relevant teams (Migration, Support, Product). • Maintain a dashboard: progress, adoption, incidents, risks. • Produce clear minutes after each meeting; record decisions. • Prepare the handover package for the team responsible for long‑term adoption follow‑up. • Equip the sponsor and internal contact with communication tools for staff. • Collect field feedback and continuously improve materials (FAQ, guides, templates).
• Experience at an accounting firm with at least 3 full fiscal periods. • Hands‑on experience with cycles: bookkeeping, review, VAT, period‑end closing. • Experience in client support or training is a plus. • Comfortable with collaboration tools (Google Workspace), tracking tools (spreadsheets, shared boards) and remote communication tools (video conferencing, messaging). • Personal qualities: professional credibility, service orientation, reliability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
