📋 Description

• Serve as the go-to HR contact for Tech, Data, and Product employees across 23 countries • Own the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, amendments, certificates, and absences • Build trusted relationships with employees and managers • Prepare and transmit payroll variables • Monitor health insurance, pension, and meal voucher benefits • Ensure data integrity in Workday HRIS • Identify inefficiencies and build improved workflows, documentation, or automated processes • Lead or co-lead digitalization of HR tools and contribute to scalable PeopleOps infrastructure • Contribute to D&I initiatives, EVP, and HR tool rollouts • Maintain operational documentation • Monitor labor law and ensure compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a People Ops Specialist in a fast-growing company or startup environment • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing context • Ability to partner daily with several HRBPs • Proficiency in Workday • Curiosity and practical experience with AI and automation in People Operations • Fully fluent in French and English • Ability to prioritize business-led actions • Right to work in France; Pennylane cannot sponsor candidates for visas at this moment
