📋 Description

• Implement backup projects for new clients • Participate in internal R&D projects for backup products • Administer backup environments for Penso clients • Respond to and support incidents via the Service Desk tool • Provide support via phone or video conference when necessary • Document activities using the Service Desk tool and agile methodologies • Represent Penso to clients through support channels • Update and create new procedures • Monitor backups for priority clients • Maintain impeccable professionalism and conduct

🎯 Requirements

• Required experience administering and implementing Veeam Data Platform • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (from the second semester onward) in IT or a related field • Fundamentals of administration for Windows and Linux operating systems • Fundamentals of computer networking and the TCP/IP protocol • Experience with virtualization: VMware and Hyper-V; and SaaS: Microsoft 365 • Familiarity with Service Desk and IT Service Management • Basic knowledge of sizing for Veeam backup environments • Troubleshooting-oriented with strong problem-solving skills • VMCE (Veeam Certified Engineer) certification preferred • Knowledge of public cloud environments preferred
