📋 Description

• Develop and manage training programs, workshops, boot camps, and Advantech Days for partners • Create guides, product selectors, and ROI calculators to support technical sales • Diagnose and eliminate bottlenecks in sales and support processes • Resolve conflicts and provide consultative support for complex opportunities • Track the sales journey in CRM and SAP, from opportunity registration through invoicing • Follow up on orders to ensure timely deliveries • Manage the channel sales pipeline through recurring management reviews • Monitor partner performance KPIs and propose corrective actions • Identify the need for new partners to cover regional markets or strategic verticals • Implement tactical initiatives, incentive programs, and commercial support to increase partner preference and mutual profitability • Visit channel partners and strategic customers • Identify trends and represent the brand at industry events and trade shows • Coordinate with Marketing on the execution of events and online campaigns • Collaborate with management on annual channel strategic planning

🎯 Requirements

• Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Engineering, Automation, IT, or a related field • Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in São Paulo • Availability for frequent visits to channel partners and strategic customers • Knowledge of or ability to work with CRM and SAP • Ability to monitor performance KPIs and sales pipelines • Experience or knowledge in Sales Enablement, training, workshops, boot camps, and partner development • Availability to work full-time
